After his daughter Ema´s funeral, Frank Osorio travels for the first time to Buenos Aires to visit his grand daughter Alina to inform her about the decease of her mother. Alina and her mother had been separaded for a year after a dispute between them. Alina graduated from medical school, specialized in pediatrics a year ago and as it seems, will have a promissing future.
But Frank has gone to visit Alina not only to inform her of Emas death. The harsh and resented man has two big secrets which will be revealed before he returns to his home: the first, related to the identity of Alinas father, whom she never met, and the second, a crime.
During one week, the presence of this grand father will alter Alinas every day routine and will take her to face her life and feelings throuhg a series of saved letters.
